SECURITY: After 60 days of inactivity accounts will disabled and after 330 days of inactivity accounts will be deleted. In addition IIA Helpdesk temporary passwords are only good for 24 hours.
IIA Helpdesk should be contacted for account access issues. All other LESO FEPMIS issues should be directed to your State Coordinator. If the State Coordinator cannot resolve your issue then the State Coordinator should contact the LESO HQ.
